Dan has over 12 years’ EHS experience, including 5 years as president of Novisal. He holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ., a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL., and served as a Unit Safety Manager/ Marine Combat Medic for the U.S. Navy. Dan was instrumental in designing PPE protocols and employee training for a major NYC hospital during the Ebola emergency of 2014; he provided site safety services for several NJ-NY pipeline expansion projects and was the Site Safety manager on multiple hazardous waste remediation sites.

Collin has over 10 years of environmental, health and safety experience, including several years providing EHS consulting and training services at major hospitals throughout the NY Metropolitan area. He has performed H&S oversight on MGP sites, during pipeline expansion projects and for high-profile asbestos abatement projects. Collin has expertise in Indoor Air Quality investigations, such as mold and fungal assessments, Collin holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science Northeastern University Boston, MA.

Elliot is a Safety Technician with over 5 years’ experience in Construction Management and Safety. He serves as an on-site Health and Safety Officer (HSO) on complex, multi-employer projects. He is responsible for enforcing SSHASPS, and federal, state and local health and safety regulations. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he holds an AS in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University and is certified as an Asbestos Project Monitor and an NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator. Elliot has provided H&S and construction management oversight on projects for regional rail services, high-profile bridge construction, environmentally impacted properties, and facilities with indoor environmental air quality issues.

Barbara has over 8 year’s EHS experience, including several years as lead person in environmental compliance for construction projects. Most recently, and as part of her responsibilities at Novisal, Barbara has provided EHS services for major transportation infrastructure projects (rail, highway and bridge) and H&S services for the healthcare industry—particularly associated with COVID-19 response and prevention planning. She recently helped develop EHS programs for several clients across varying industries addressing both General Industry and Construction Industry Safety compliance and public health concerns. She holds a BS – Engineering Science (Environmental Engineering), Catholic University of the North (UCN), Antofagasta, Chile and is fluent in Spanish.
